This site and the use of Codescry are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Genève, Switzerland.
Where you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts there.
The application is MIT-licensed: the terms in LICENSE.txt govern the software itself, and nothing on this page overrides them.
CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
